Well, our home is perfect! This beautiful, roomy, bright apartment is part of a brand new ( 2006) residential building situated in a spacious, well-served area, in the city of Parma with a panoramic open view on green fields of Parma; close to a swimming pool, a gym, bar, supermarket and shops. Our flat qualifies as one of the most convenient rentals in Parma. The bus stop for historical center is just around the corner of the building. In 10 minuts of bus you will be in historical center of Parma. Private free parking is provided. The apartment is a 2 floor (elevator) and overlooks a large terrace where dining (garden furniture – a wood table with chairs)- are provided. Very spacious (about 80 sq.mts.), safety door, gates with high-quality, our apartment can accommodate up to 4-6 guests with two full bedrooms (one bedroom with one extraking-size bed one with two single beds) , a sitting room with a double sofabed , an open kitchen and a large bathroom. All rooms have a beautiful view on the green. The kitchen is fully equipped with all possible cooking utensils. Linen, pots, stoves, dishes etc. are provided. Our flat has been furnished of the best Italian furniture and furnishing. Particular attention has been paid to the details, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a vacuum cleaner, international TV sat–you can see cnn, euronews, bbc, telefrance etc etc: all brand new, all included in the price. A garage-included in the price for your car is always available down the building. The free parking is in front of the building. The apartment is air-conditioned. Close to the apartment (2 minuts walk) a swimming pool open during all the summer.
